How do I start the wedding booking process?

Let's get started! Give us all the details about you, your wedding, and your love story by completing our contact form.

We love to chat with couples before they officially book. We want to make sure our style and personalities will work well together. If you think we are the videographers for you, we can start the official booking process! Once we figure out what film collection fits your needs, we will send you a contract and invoice. We do require a 50% deposit to hold your date.

Do you only create wedding videos?

While weddings are a major focus for our creative passion and business, we also offer visual content beyond weddings. Rhyolite Studios is full service. We can help you or your business create branding content, marketing campaign videos, Instagram Reels, educational courses, and more!

What is the difference in your collections?

We could go on and on but the biggest difference would be the length of the final film and the extra keepsakes included. We typically are filming you on your wedding day for 10+ hours. We then take all of this footage and review, edit, and bring your day to life in a cinematic film.

 

If you choose a longer film collection, we have the opportunity to feature more moments from your day in the film. 

Do you travel for weddings or projects?

Yes! We love to travel for personal and business adventures. Taylor and I both previously worked in sports and traveled for our jobs. We would love to travel to you or with you for a wedding. Let us create a custom collection for your wedding weekend including rehearsal dinner, group activities, and more!

We also travel for business or event projects. 

Do you offer discounts?

We do not discount our services (wedding film collections, business filming and production rates). We understand budgets are very important for weddings and marketing projects, that is why we offer a variety of services so you can get what works best for your needs and budget. If you ever have questions about pricing or creating a package that works best for you, just let us know. We do our best to help accommodate.

Can couples select the music for their film?

We promise you, this is not a task you want! As we get to know our couples, their story, their wedding theme, and their favorite genre of music, we plan on the type of music we want to feature in the film.

Music selection takes us hours or days and it is a crucial part of how we edit clips and the overall flow the film. For that reason, we do not let clients take part in the selection.
